- Good to know: the building is historic since it dates from 1750. It belonged to a famous shipowner who imported tobacco from Louisiana and served as a drying room. The beautiful fountain attached to the wall of the interior courtyard bears witness to this rich past.
- Note 1: The entrance to the building is located in the charming little alley which starts from Place Hamelin to the left of La Cidrerie and goes up towards Place de l'Eglise Sainte-Catherine.
- Note 2: the building staircase is not recommended for children or overly old people and we advise you to travel with soft bags because wheeled suitcases are not at all suitable.
